Export Pallets (EXP)

Description: Export pallets can be customized in several different ways. There are many lightweight shapes and sizes to choose from, and export pallets are also available with an open or closed top deck. Manual clip-on runners for double stacking are an option as well.

Best Use: Static storage, closed loops, lightweight processes, international export, one-way trips, or limited use.

Stackable Three-Runner Pallets (STK)

Description: Along with a sturdy, rigid structure, this type of pallet has three ‘runners’ along the length of the pallet. Three-runner pallets are available in many shapes, sizes, and colors. The option of a closed or open top deck is also available. The choice of virgin or recycled plastic is yours, but recycled plastic may have certain customization restrictions.

Best Use: Any type of use, especially powered forklift trucks or pallet jacks.

Full-Perimeter Stackable Pallets (STK)

Description: Full-Perimeter stackable pallets are available in many shapes, sizes, and colors. The option of a closed or open top deck is also available. The choice of virgin or recycled plastic is yours, but recycled plastic may have certain customization restrictions. Edge lips, RFID inserts, and screen printed IDs are available add-ons as well.

Best Use: Full-perimeter stackable pallets are the most commonly used type of pallet. They work best for regular and heavy-duty jobs with stacking pallets, inverters, and forklift trucks.

Medium-Duty Stackable Pallets (STK)

Cruciform Rackable Pallets (RCK)

Description: Heavy-duty cruciform pallets are available in many shapes, sizes, and colors. The option of a closed or open top deck is also available. Best Use: Working with heavy-duty loads and continual use.

Hygienic Pallets (RCK & STK)

Description: Hygienic pallets are made with a very high-quality virgin or PE or PP. They come in many different colors and have the option of including edge lips, RFID inserts, and screen printed ID. Hygienic pallets do not come in as many shapes and sizes, but rather a smaller or larger size.

Best Use: For products that require extra hygienic transportation, such as food and pharmaceuticals.
