The Pallet Changer is the most sophisticated pallet transfer machine offered by Premier. This pallet exchanger allows an operator to change the pallet beneath a load without having to touch them. Our Pallet Changers are custom built for our customers looking for specific stack heights and where loads are stable while resting on their side. The side clamping system ensures a load will maintain its integrity. The Pallet Changer is a completely automated system fitted with fixed guarding.
Premier pallet changing systems are used to invert a variety of products such as boxes, bags, drums, pails, cans, glass vials, sheet steel, toilets, gas cylinders, super sacs, and gaylords. They are also used to replace wooden pallets with plastic, aluminum, or other more hygienic pallets. The gripping system will automatically detect and adjust anything that fits its specifications. The machines sidewalls retain loads with optical sensors or pressure options. Easy floor-level loading via a pallet jack or forklift. No ramps are necessary! The Premier pallet changer maintains a smooth and effective 25 pallets per hour output and adds flexibility to your distribution pallet policy.
