Premier Industrial Crate Washers are engineered for high-efficiency crate cleaning in food, pharma, and logistics operations. Constructed from durable stainless steel plates and profiles, each washer features adjustable feet for stability and upward-foldable safety doors that halt operation instantly when opened.
Crates are automatically conveyed through the wash tunnel by heavy-duty synthetic chains. In the main wash zone, high-pressure click nozzles—powered by an energy-efficient pump—thoroughly clean crates using sensor-monitored water levels. After washing, crates enter a rinse section, where clean water removes all detergent residue. A smart sensor ensures water only flows when crates are present, reducing waste.
For optimal drying, an optional blow-off unit uses stainless steel fans and recirculated heated air (up to 122°F/50°C) to dry crates quickly and thoroughly. Available models handle from 170 to 1120 crates per hour (EKW-1500 to EKW-7000), making Premier the trusted name in industrial washing solutions.
