CONTAINER WASHER
This Industrial Container Washing machine is made of solid plates and profiles of stainless steel. The cleaning tank features a slanted bottom to enable quick draining. The cabinet has a large door which makes the inside easy to access for cleaning. Placing the dirty container in the machine is quick and easy.
During the main wash cycle, the inside and outside of the container is cleaned by a rotating spray arm that has the option to include a mixture of detergents. Depending on how contaminated the container, is the maximum washing time can be adjusted up to 30 minutes. After the main wash is complete, the container gets rinsed with clean water to remove any remaining detergents.

CRATE WASHER
This Industrial Crate Washer is made up of solid plates and profiles of stainless steel, with adjustable feet. Access the wash tunnel through upward-folding doors, which will instantly stop operation if opened while in use. Crates are transported through the washer by synthetic chains.
Crates are cleaned in the main wash zone by click nozzles supplied with water by a powerful and energy-efficient pump. The main tank is filled with its own water connection, and is equipped with sensors to detect levels.
After going through the main wash zone, the crates are rinsed with fresh water to remove any remaining detergent. The rinse is controlled by a sensor and the water supply will remain closed if no crates are present.
A blow off unit can be added to the EKW Crate Washer. This unit dries the crates once they have been washed. The crates get blown off by stainless steel fans. The intelligent design heats the air (through recirculation) up to approximately 122°F/50°C, which results in the quickest drying process.

PALLET WASHER
This Industrial Pallet Washer is made up from solid plates and profiles of stainless steel, with adjustable feet. Stainless steel guide bars guide the pallets in the correct position during cleaning. With removable hatches, you are able to access the main wash tunnel.
Pallets are cleaned in the main wash zone by nozzles and a powerful and efficient pump, spraying water in a pattern to achieve maximum cleaning results. After going through the main wash zone, the pallets are rinsed with fresh water to remove any remaining detergent.

This Industrial Vmeg Washer is made up of solid plates and profiles of stainless steel. The cleaning tank features a slanted bottom to enable quick draining. The cabinet is easy to clean and a large door makes the inside easy to access for cleaning.
Depending on how dirty the buggy is, the maximum washing time can be adjusted up to 30 minutes. After the main wash is complete, the buggy gets rinsed with clean water to remove any remaining detergents. After being thoroughly cleaned, the buggy exits the machine through a ground level door allowing the next buggy to enter.
