Pallet changing with top performance
The PW 6000 pallet changer from Premier is ideal when large quantities of pallets on which highly sensitive goods are stored have to be exchanged. Even fragile goods such as glass or vaccination vials can gently change pallets. The PW 6000 is the highest performing pushing method pallet changer.

Pallet changing with the PW 5000 | Exchanger
The PW 5000 is deployed in those areas where hygienic separation is necessary. The black and white zones are clearly separated from each other. The front and rear doors open in order to load and unload the pallets. The optional lock gates protect the cleanroom area from dirt and other external factors. Simultaneously they ensure optimum airflow. Two conveyor lifting mechanisms combined with 2 pairs of sliding plates and 2 pneumatic flexible sidewalls ensure a perfect and gentle transfer from the source pallet to the slightly lower positioned target pallet.
