The Az centering station by Premier is the basic model and aligns the load safely and efficiently from three sides. The dead-end layout makes the stand-alone system ideal for niche locations.

The Stand-Alone Centering System
The centering station AZ 1000 is the basic model and aligns the load safely and efficiently from three sides. The dead-end layout makes the stand-alone system ideal for niche locations.
Centering of loads stacked on pallets or entire stacks of empty pallets is always necessary if irregularities in the layer pattern or packing scheme have occurred during palletizing or transport. A low tolerance in stacking and outer contours is an important prerequisite for a safe and trouble-free process, especially in automated further processing and storage. With the AZ 1000 centering station, the load is aligned both lengthwise and crosswise. The pallet is set down into the machine from the front by a forklift truck. The two side walls and the doors close and compress the load from three sides. The pallet can then be removed again by forklift.
Up to 50 cycles in one hour are possible. A safety fence with access control ensures the required safety.
